​The time of the event, the date and the location set the astrological chart above. We look to the Ascendant, or Rising Sign and its degree, to understand holographically the larger picture of WHY this speech and gathering occurred. Libra at 20.59° gets rounded off to 21, and in Western Hermetic Astrology (Star Knowledge) #21 is the number for the SUN; the most positive of all vibrations, save love. In fact, the Sun is synonymous with love, leadership, and the courage of the Lion-hearted ones.


Libra symbolizes balance, peace and civilization; the crisis of finding it, being it, and acting in mindfulness to acquire it for right governance and Law of the people, by the people, for the people. There are no coincidences in the vibrational realm, and if this time was chosen, which you can bet that it was - I can understand  why.


A leader for peace

The following is the reading for 21° Libra to be applied to The Event and the Speech on March 4, 2025 by President Donald J. Trump at 9:00 pm to a Joint Session of Congress. All is vibration. 


PHASE 201 (LIBRA 21°): A SUNDAY CROWD ENJOYING THE BEACH.
KEYNOTE: A revivifying contact with the Mother-force of nature and of social togetherness.


The sea is the vast matrix from which living organisms originally emerged. It also symbolizes the collective Unconscious, the "matricial" envelope of the biosphere within which consciousness takes individualized forms. The consciousness of human beings is given specific form by the culture in which they live and the particular occupations they carry on in everyday work. But it is very good and healthful for their minds to become revitalized by collective experiences and deep feelings of undifferentiated unity as they merge in the vast refreshment of the planetary "Mother" where "she" is most dynamic, unlimited and unconfined by boundaries.


At this first stage of the forty-first five-fold sequence of symbols we see the foundation on which coming developments will be based. It is in a sense a biodynamic foundation, but it reaches beyond even the biosphere to what in all cosmic types of organization is the Mother-principle — for instance, galactic Space. We may speak here of OCEANIC FEELING, born of attunement to the most basic rhythms of existence, at whatever level it might be.


Comment: Yes, it could be considered “a crowd” (highly organized), but not at all “enjoying the beach.” Let us expand….


When we go to the beach, speaking metaphorically, we return in ways to a primal part of our human nature. We go to the ocean, we go back to our beginnings - to Mother Sea. 


The Joint Session of Congress (the crowd) was brought together by the new 45th—47th President of the United States in order to address the full Congress with the goal of informing them, and the world, of the new administration’s accomplishments, executive orders, and vision for America. All was lawful.


In ways, we did return to the Mother Principle, to tradition, to beginnings, to the origins of our constitutional republic and its official commencement as a Federal Government, which was signed March 4, 1789. Our minds were “revitalized by the collective experience” and it will go beyond the biosphere into galactic space.


​We still however, reach for the “deep feelings of undifferentiated unity" that comes from God's Natual Law and the Mother's creatrix, of which is found centered within our own human hearts. The Event was a biodynamic foundation for freedom and peace to reign.
