• Exceeded all my expectations! Throughout my life I have been driven by some unknown purpose. I have had my birth chart read three other times, each time the reader exclaimed how amazing it was, but without further explanaon. It was through Kris’ reading that my understanding of my life came into enormous clarity. From the start of the reading, she told me that my soul chose the specific date and time to come into this lifetime. My soul came with the purpose it wanted to experience. What a wonderful session I had with Kristen. I'm familiar with many healing modalities, yet I didn't know what to expect our time together to be like. Kristen explained patiently and clearly, and then took me on an inner journey with the use of sound and focus on the body. Kristen provided a unique and quick method to address an issue and clear it. I certainly felt supported with her demeanor. There was no deep discussion and working through details of the issue. I was able to move through my own process with her as my escort. I give "two thumbs up" to this special technique and to Kristen as a practitioner of it.

• Awesome! Incredible. Beautiful altar, wonderful voice, best crystal bowl playing I've ever heard. Kristen is a shaman. She smudged, honored the elements in a unique way, rattled, sang, played bowls, and Tingshas. We did breath exercise, used our voices, connected to our hearts, and sent the energy out. It was really very special and different... I don't know if it's Tom Kenyon style, Kristen style, or Kate style, but I felt my voice open on Sunday and I want to experience more.

Sound Sessions:
• I highly recommend taking a Sound Healing Journey with Kristen as she is a knowledgeable and patient facilitator. I have enjoyed and grown through several wonderful sound sessions with Kristen. At first I felt shy to let my voice come through on the phone in the beginning of the session, though after gentle encouragement from Kristen, I relaxed. I then was able to sense shifts in my mental , emotional , and physical body. I felt lighter as the stuck energy released.
