Sound Therapeutics - Introduction to Sound Healing
There is an internal landscape inside each and everyone of us.
Somatic Sound Therapeutics works from inside-out. Most healing practitioners today that work with healing-sound do so from outside-in using various musical instruments, music and or specific natural and electronic tones. I do not draw attention from your senses outside of you.. Rather, I engage your internal senses - the soma body - to awaken and help you find the Divine internal voice within.
The following three exercises comes from a body of work I developed and created in the mountains of Colorado after my studies with Tom Kenyon and Drunvalo Melchizdek. Each exercise is a portal unto itself and it will take you, Only In Love, to a deeper expression of your soul-self. Relax and breathe and follow the gentle prompts. Sound codes are within my voice. You will hear them if you listen with your heart.
The first exercise, Sound of Breath, is foundational to Somatic Sound Therapeutics (SST). The second exercise, Sound Journey Into Heart Space is timeless and powerful and it will change you inside if you allow yourself to be in center heart-space. The third and very basic exercise, Sound Healing - The Science and the Art, was created to support the logical and scientific perspectives of the Ancient Art of Sound Healing.
