Mother Law Declared June 1st 2021Mother Law Is Now! 215 innocent children and counting as the threads of time and prophecy roll-out from the earth to unveil an un-comprehend-able truth. Our children's awakened bones reveal the horrific and deeply disturbing truth of a Colonial State Government committing a pre-meditated Indigenous genocide. Residential schools hid behind the name of a God in this heinous crime toward humanity. An unimaginable horror for any parent to live through. The mass grave of 215 Indigenous babies found at Kamloops BC is the transparent evidence that requires no judge or jury to find the Canadian Government guilty of this high crime. Who are these unconscionable and heartless people that came across the great salt-water? The karmic debt that belongs to Canada is now due and must be paid in full. In the Kanien’kehá:ka Nation, our babies are named under a matrilineal bond of a mother, and are hereby protected in a mother right. Mother Law is exempt from the foreign legislated policies that continues to belittle Indigenous people’s bond to the mother, and their inherent right to live in peace and thrive on their ancestral lands. If the government of Canada can't be accountable to the original mothers of this land and answer the question of “why they built their wealth by murdering our innocent children,” then they have no right to use our language to name itself as a country. In my responsibility, as Iakoiane, Bear Clan Mother keeper of the title of Tehana’karíne, who’s inherent authority is to protect the lands for the future generation, I call into being the ancestral forces and motion people with integrity to stand with me, in a rightful de-naming of the country of Canada. The law of the land is clear. Through the living legacy of Tsiokonsáseh, the Mother of Nations, and our Peacemaker, who vested the authority of giving names and the ownership of lands unto Clan Mothers on behalf of all generations not yet born. Her appointed stewardship has the right of full recall. Not just recall of her male leader, but also any matters that have not considered the unborn. In adherence, upon the law of precedence, it is the matrilineal inheritance of the Kanien’kehá:ka people to have the continuity of nations to run in a mother line. To this day, as progenitors of our nations, and since before the arrival of salt water people, this perennial truth is the foundation of our Great Law of Peace, a law older than the dominion of Canada and its Queen. In women's stewardship of the lands and our responsibility to protect the 7th generation, we know that our land and children were stolen by a foreign colonizer called Canada who waves an illegitimate assumption of authority crafted by a European paternal order known as Manifest Destiny. Canada never had the right to sign a death certificate to a rightful future for generations not yet born. It was with our Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) language that Canada is named, and since Clan Mothers have authority over names, we are Canada’s mother. As Clan Mother, I wield the authority to recall our Kanien’kehá: ka name from the dominion of Canada and all its citizens. Canada bases its pillars of law on precedence, then it is so, that, we, Indigenous peoples as natural born sovereigns to our lands, retain primordial title on behalf of our grandchildren and their great/great grandchildren times seven, to tell Canada and all its provisions that we re-matriate the name of Canada back into the baskets of the original mothers. Our Mother Earth will no-longer be ceded to a violent rape before the eyes of the Original Mothers and their babies murdered upon Turtle Island, as long as the Sun shines, the Rivers flow and the Moon glows. Mohawk Bear Clan Mother, Wakerakats:teLouise Herne, Mohawk Bear Clan Mother of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, League of Six Nations (also known as the Iroquois) resides in the northeastern region of the United States and Canada. She is born of a specific matrilineal-line known as Iakoiane who are the Keepers of Tehana’karíne. Their inherent authority is to protect the lands for future generations. She carries the honor and the responsibility of naming the children, the people, and the land. I come to you as a writer to not share my words so much, but to share the words and influences of this most extraordinary individual. Because so much has happened so quickly and in such a short amount of time, I will be brief and simply list events by date of which essays/blogs will follow with information. My intention is to set a platform here for the Bear Clan Mother to speak to you directly. In February of 2021, Louise gathered her thoughts and set them down into a declaration titled, Kahnistenserah: Mother Law. Mommabear, as she is affectionately called by many, sensed a grave period of time was upon her and her people. She wanted to be prepared thus, she wrote the law. Circumstances quickly accelerated in response. Mother Law was declared in June of 2021, while at the same time, 751 unmarked graves of native children were discovered at one residential school in Canada (and there are many more). One month later, July 1st 2021, The Cradleboard Mandate was served to Canada and Parliament. One year after that, a series of powerful events were to ensue at the Vatican, in Philadelphia and Quebec, Canada. Mohawk Bear Clan Mother received an invitation to the vatican in March of 2022, for a private audience with the pope. She declined, but sent her close delegates in her place to represent her and her people from March 28 to April 1, 2022. 4/1/2022: Cradleboard came home to the mothers from the vatican: Rematriation. 5/10/2022: Bear Clan Mother and her delegates went to Penn State University in Philadelphia, PA to address stolen lands and the Morrill Land-Grant Act of 1862. 5/12/2022: Hugely historic, they met at Independence Hall, Philadelphia with Mayor and City Council members. The Haudenosaunee sat in the room where their ancestors sat where the Declaration of Independence was signed. Later that same day, they spent quality time at their Wampum lot, (Welcome Park) Philadelphia, PA 7/30 - 8/4/2022: pope apologizes but it’s not enough - Rescind & Revoke the Document of Discovery!!! Quebec, Canada. 10/12/2022: Mohawk Bear Clan Mother met with Mark Miller of Canadian Indian Affairs — September 30th will now be declared: EVERY CHILD MATTERS DAY. Prior to the Mother Law being written in 2021, Louise and a closely-related small group of women went to the city of Philadelphia in March of 2020 to “check-in” on a small parcel of land that was gifted to them in 1755 by John Penn, William Penn’s grandson. What they found was disturbing, to say the least. However, it did set them on a course that would burn through the next few years into an emotional conflagration as news would reach them, and the world, about the unmarked graves and ghastly treatment of their children. Louise Bear Clan Mother, and her people, have guided us into the New World of which so many speak about, but have no clue to its reality. The horrific treatment suffered by these indigenous people of North America (that they call Turtle Island) are the same people who gave us, The Great Law of Peace that inspired our United States Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Full circle we have come. The pain and horrific injustices they have experienced are now clear for all to see — and we must see — otherwise it will be repeated. Disassociation is no longer accepted. Countless un-marked graves of indigenous children have been unearthed - children and babies who were stolen from their mother’s arms and families were beaten, tortured, sexually abused and murdered. Canada’s government and the Catholic Church are to blame and all who knew and said nothing. There will be accountability. It has already begun. The Doctrine of Discovery, a hellish and inhuman papal bull from 1472, that still holds sway in our legal and unlawful courts, must be revoked and rescinded. At the same time, while the world witnesses the First Nation Peoples' trauma and horrid injustices — Crimes Against Children and Humanity — we (in turn), are forced to see that countless children and women, from every nation and from every culture around the world, have also suffered from the same hidden elite/cabal/deep state monsters of power, cruelty and heartlessness. They are done. They are no more. We have all been imprisoned but could not see the cage through the trees. We are one human family and it has taken the Bear Clan Mother and her community of courageous souls, with their set of natural laws, to help us find the way out to FREEDOM as our hearts become one. With great gratitude to our sisters and brothers of the Mohawk, Onondaga, Oneida, Cayuga, Seneca, Tuscarora, Leni-Lenape, we now begin to move into a Golden Age of Peace. May beauty be before you, behind you, beside you, above, below and within you. Niawen. Closing Notes: Look for Louise Herne's own words on this platform to describe the events and dates listed above. As I had thought my voice for environmental activism was gone - displaced by life's struggles and challenges - I was wrong. The Trees with their imminent danger of destruction, and all the wildlife that was so inter-connected, brought my heart and my voice back alive. I will always be grateful. The human heart is a forge of which can take all of life's woes and obstacles. There, within the inner sanctum, we can find gold - Spiritual Gold, but only if our emotions raise to a high enough degree of frequency as with the feelings of love and forgiveness. The poisons of base emotions such as anger can be transmuted and transformed into something of value to the soul. I was put to the test. First thing: Prayers were put into the ground, and songs were sung. Because the project was already approved by city and state, all I could do was hope they, (contractors/Caltrans) abided by law. The Law was their own Environmental Impact Report (EIR) that is traditionally upheld and enforced by Fish and Wildlife Service. The following is a brief update of my observations of the project as I have tried my best to be objective and understanding of the need versus the cost. The "need" being the lessening of traffic, and the "cost" being the loss of an ecosystem, and wildlife (nature). Phase I / Tree Removal began April into May while Cliff Swallows actively nested under the viaducts. Caltrans brought down many oaks and a riparian forest during the height of the nesting season as the banks and sides of the Antelope Creek were “skinned alive” in preparation for the expanded road overhead. Before construction began, gratitude was given by phone to Mr. McNeel for protecting the large Blue Oak numbered #185. An Honor Roll that began in ernest to protect some trees in April 2018 declares the successes as well as defeats. Phase 1/ Construction began in June with swallows still nesting disregarding the Migratory Bird Treaty Act (MBTA), and their own EIR. I sent photographs and directions of the nests to the FWS Biologist in charge of project, with some at her own request. I included my information on the Elderberry Bush. After being away, I came home on the 10th to find that the stream-branch had been “put into a pipe,” forced under by plastic, and covered by dirt. Under the viaducts, I knew that active nests could be fledging their young. I had also seen what appeared to be a large unmarked Elderberry Bush (host to endemic and Threatened Elderberry Long Horned Beetle). I knew the bush required a minimum of 20 feet as a protective buffer zone. I notified FWS Biologist for Expansion Project of my concerns. She got back to me 2 days later. She thanked me, and told me she had told Caltrans and would wait for their survey. Construction continued, and when I checked the Elderberry Bush on the 16th - bull dozers had come within 11 feet. No one had even come out to formally identify the species that I knew of, and when I called, California Native Plant Society (CNPS) on 6/21/18, I was simply told the person whose name I will not mention, Fish and Wildlife either enforces (the EIR) or they don't. 4/17/2018 At this time of year, on-site biological monitoring should be ongoing during construction and tree removal should have been done earlier in the year. ~ Dale Steel, Environmental Council Of Sacramento By Kristen Farquhar © June 2018 Photo: Elderberry by K Farquhar As I help others to try and find their voice, I must continue to find my own. Human hearts unite with trees and nature. Introducing, The Honor Roll for Trees worthy of special recognition and protection yet stand in imminent danger of destruction. Too often in our time, nature loses out to exponential growth and big business. We must depend on our elected officials to protect our green spaces. Environmental groups help to keep the balance and integrity of, and between the land, the people and politics. Growth can be sustainable. It need not be reckless. When we design with nature in mind everyone wins, but it seems it may be too expensive for this part of California, and or the people of Roseville and Rocklin are not fully aware of what will happen when the California Department of Transportation breaks ground for the long-awaited Expansion Project of State Road 65 off I-80, Phase I. The current plan seems to show that it is more cost effective, for the most part, to plow under (dredge and fill) a riparian forest, stream, and creek (Antelope Creek known as a Salmon Run) with its old oaks and wetlands rather than save it. In psychology today there is a term used to describe when a person is overcome with emotions and therefore “tunes out” from their surroundings. It’s called, “disassociation” and is sometimes referred to as a coping mechanism, or defense mechanism to deal with stress. I think there are many that suffer today from dissociation from nature, and its accompanying feeling of loss. In response, The Honor Roll for Trees has begun as a way for people to express their individual feelings and thoughts about this project’s impact. Humans have a deep and abiding relationship with nature. We are intimately connected to the trees even if we are unaware. Rollin McCraty, Ph.D. and Director of Research at the Heartmath Institute in Boulder, California said to me during our recent conversation about the Human Heart and its connection to Trees, I have no doubt that Trees have biofields that interact with us, and it is our intention to prove this. (Link: www.heartmath.org/research/research-library/) Presently, both Rocklin and Roseville City Tree Permits are closed in regards to Phase I of SR 65/I-80 and no longer accepting any pleas or comments. At this juncture we can only show a better way, and hope to save as much of the land's integrity as possible from what could be destructive mitigation. Trees are members of the community. We are their stewards. Author: Kris Farquhar © March 4, 2018 . |
